Hello stampers, it’s that time of the year where the winter sports are finishing for another year. I was asked to make a thank you card for my niece’s netball coach and team manager. The idea for this card came from this card by Emily Campbell at Tiny Kiwi Cards. Isn’t it cool?
This style of card is called a Z-fold card and it is not complicated at all. The team colours I needed were almost the same as the original card so my card looks very similar. I ended up making both the cards exactly the same as I had a great production line set up! Not a lot of stamping on this card it’s mainly assembling the various punches.
I had to improvise for the netball rings as I didn’t have the exact die that Emily used, but I think it turned out ok.
The girls were made using the new cookie cutter punch (available from 1st September) the fox builder punch and the owl punch. This made the process a lot easier and quicker! The bibs were stamped using the Labeler Alphabet set. The ‘thanks’ sentiment is from the Jar Of Love set.
Heaps of fun to make, but certainly not a quick and simple one!
Now I’m off to make a soccer card for my nephew’s coaches.
Happy Stampin’
